Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the desired item, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
In addition to the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Unclaimed Shipments:
If a shipment is returned to us because it was not collected by the recipient, the shipping cost will not be refunded. In such cases we will refund only the value of the items once we receive them back.

International Shipping & Customs Fees
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and/or local charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities.
Import duties and taxes are not estimated or calculated at checkout because these are set by the destination country’s customs authority and cannot be guaranteed in advance. These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices. They are entirely the responsibility of the receiving customer. We do not collect or profit from these fees.
We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.
In the event that a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the shipping cost will not be refunded. Additionally, the customer may be charged for return shipping or any holding/storage fees imposed by the carrier.
Refused or Returned Shipments Due to Unpaid Duties
If the customer refuses a shipment because they do not wish to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, all return costs, handling fees, and any customs charges applied during the return process are automatically billed to the sender (ATC).
For this reason, refunds for refused shipments will only be issued after deducting all customs charges, return shipping fees, carrier handling fees, and any additional costs billed to us by DHL or the relevant customs authorities.
Please note that in some cases, the total fees charged during the return process may exceed the value of the order, in which case no refund will be issued.
To avoid unnecessary costs and delays, we strongly recommend accepting the delivery and paying any applicable duties, as this is often the most economical option for the customer.
