EU Customers

Consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the order.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

After receiving the returned item, we will refund:

  • the price of the returned item;
  • the original standard shipping cost, as required by EU law.

If a more expensive delivery option was chosen instead of an available standard option, the additional shipping cost is not refundable.

The item may be inspected, but if it has been used, installed, damaged, or handled more than necessary to inspect it, the refund may be reduced to reflect the loss in value.

Customers Outside the EU

For orders shipped outside the European Union, returns of non-defective items must be approved by us before they are sent back.

For an approved voluntary return:

  • we refund the price of the returned item;
  • the original shipping cost is not refundable;
  • the customer pays the return shipping cost.

This applies unless local law requires otherwise.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@atcam.shop.

We will review the problem and arrange the appropriate solution.

Customs Duties and Unclaimed Shipments

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country.

If a shipment is refused or not collected because the customer does not want to pay customs duties or taxes:

  • the original shipping cost is not refundable;
  • any return shipping, customs, storage, or carrier fees charged to us will be deducted from the refund.

A refund will be issued only after the parcel is returned to us and the actual return costs are known.

If these costs are equal to or higher than the value of the returned items, there may be no refund remaining.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are refunded only when required by law or when the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.
