HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Please keep in mind that we are a small team of real people, doing everything by hand.


WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

We ship our products via DHL Express to selected international destinations. Estimated shipping time 5 business days.

For deliveries within the European Union, delivery time with DHL Express service typically within 2 business days.

For customers in Romania and Greece, we also offer shipping via Econt, providing faster and more convenient delivery options.

You will receive a tracking number by email, or you can access it through your account on our website once your order is shipped.


TAXES AND DUTIES

If you are located outside the European Union, please note that customs duties or other import fees may be charged upon delivery.
Import duties and taxes are not estimated or calculated at checkout because these are set by the destination country’s customs authority and cannot be guaranteed in advance. These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices. They are entirely the responsibility of the receiving customer. We do not collect or profit from these fees.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees, your order may be partially or fully non-refundable.

EU Private Customers (incl. VAT) B2C

All customers located within the EU VAT zone are charged VAT, in accordance with EU tax regulations.

VAT Refund for EU Businesses B2B

If you are an EU-based company with a valid VAT number, please enter your company details and VAT number at checkout. After reviewing and confirming the information, we will refund the VAT manually to your original payment method.

VAT Exemption Notice

Some EU territories are part of the EU but outside the VAT zone. If you are from one of these regions, we will manually refund the VAT after reviewing your order.
