First off I gotta say how impressed I am with their great customer service.

Just completed the installation of the ATC
throttle cams for my BMW R1200GS. Previous inspection showed a crack on the left stock plastic cam. Installation went fine. I really appreciate the new design that permits replacement without disassembly of the throttle body. After installation, I had inadvertently and unknowingly left an injector harness slightly disconnected and the bike wouldn't start. Thinking I may have issues I contacted Ivan at ATC support. He was very helpful and provided some troubleshooting advice. Fortunately, the first thing I did was to check all connections and found the loose injector harness. Bike started right up. After synchronization I seems better than ever. Nice to have the peace of mind that my throttle cams will never fail me now. Can't emphasize enough how responsive and helpful Ivan was. Two thumbs up.

Sooner than later the throttle cable guide cams on your BMW throttle bodies will crack, and no longer function.These billet upgrade parts will prevent ya getting stranded without warning. And most all of ya know already BMW doesnt even offer these cams as being serviceable parts (ie not available from the OEM). BMW doesnt offer plastic versions either
Get a set of these and go ride worry free.

Having had my Scrambler for 4 years now it began to get the common issue with the front sprocket that many owners seem to have had. Age related or not or chain not adjusted correctly ....whatever causes it if indeed it is these but the retainer washer just self destructs. This kit completely solves the issue with the front sprocket. Mine is a 2019 bike and I believe I have read that Ducati have solved it on the next gen bikes - 2024 onwards? Any way get one if you haven't already and are having these issues - well get one anyway as it saves potential harm to your beloved steed. Ride safe everyone.

This is a great product. I too had the problem of the original ridiculously bad designed retaining plate constantly breaking and the chain ripping into my swinging arm. I fitted the item using the loctite it came with. The two retaining bolts holding the sprocket are still tight. The centre bolt actually came loose and that with a torque of 25 lbs ft. I decided to remove it and clean all off and degrease and this time I used Loctite 271, the red one and tightened to 35 lbs ft. So far it is still tight and in place and I've done over 200 miles at different speeds and acceleration. The two bolts fastening the sprocket and still tight as well. Fingers crossed it will all be good now. Can't recommend this product high enough. Service and communication was top notch as was delivery, Within a couple of days from Bulgaria to UK. Thanks

After the cheap plastic OEM (Shame on you BMW!) right throttle cam on my 2012 R1200RT broke, I checked with forums.bmwmoa.org to see if there was a fix and was lucky enough to get a link to ATC. It was super easy to find the right part and see how to install it by watching the video on ATC's site. Sold in pairs (L&R), I ordered a set on Monday and received on Friday! (from Bulgaria to Texas, USA). The anodized CNC Aircraft-grade aluminum parts fit perfectly and will outlast the bike. Thanks very much, ATC!

Easy fix to BMW´s design flaw. They fix is to change the entire throttle body, which is absurd.

Very quick delivery ( ordered Thursday , delivered in UK on Monday morning) . Excellent communication , very quick, helpful replies. Very happy with the item.

I was doing a maintenance check about 10 days prior to a planned trip to Canada's East Coast, when I discovered 3 cracks in the plastic throttle cam on the right cylinder. I quickly ordered a set of Aluminum Throttle Cams, they were to be delivered by DHL within 5 business days.
A week later they arrived and I was very impressed with the design, machining and finish of the product. The installation went very well, the hardest part was getting the plastic cams off the butterfly shaft bracket.
During resassembly, I didn't leave enough slack in the throttle cables (the bike idled at about 1400 rpm after the engine synchronization), so a second cable adjustment and re-synch was required.
After 4000km everything is working great.
I highly recommend these cams.
